Our frequently asked questions
1. Can you license my trailer and/or provide the documents for a trailer I have built?
No, unfortunately this is illegal. You have to get your trailer registered and licensed via the traffic department.
2. How long will it take for my trailer to be manufactured?
+- 5-10 working days on the smaller trailers and 10-12 working days on the larger trailers.
3. Do you build custom trailers?
Yes we do.
4. Are we open on Saturdays and/or Sundays?
Yes, but only per appointment.
5. When will my deposit be refunded?
Within 48-hours after the trailer has been returned and checked.
6. If I cancel my booking, will I be refunded?
Unfortunately, as per our hiring contract, the client will not be refunded due to other bookings that had to be referred away.
7. What do I need to book a trailer?
Your driver’s license (1), proof of address (not older than 3 months) (2) and payment (3) will then secure your booking.
8. What may not be loaded on your trailers?
Building rubble, agricultural implements and anything that exceeds the carrying capacity of the specific trailer in use.
9. How do I check what the carrying capacity of the trailer is?
Look at the license disc of the trailer: GVM – (minus) the TARE = Loading capacity
10. Can I pay with a card?
Yes, you may pay with card or in cash.
11. Do I need to make a booking to bring my trailer in for a service?
Yes, please arrange with us prior to bringing in your trailer.
